Chapman Solicitors – Strata lawyers case study

Joel Chapman, the head of Chapman Solicitors, contacted Pulse in June 2022 to find out how his company could develop a plan to generate more business leads. His business specialises in property, strata, and building dispute and litigation issues and provides customers going through these difficult circumstances with various services. At Pulse, we have expertise in generating leads and creating funnels for particular sectors in the law industry, so our first step was gathering information and understanding the specifics of their services to develop a thorough strategy for Joel’s business.

The challenge

Targeting an audience in a particular industrial niche might be difficult since property and construction law have many different areas of skill and specialisation. Even though Chapman Solicitors’ website provided some information about their services and how to reach them, it didn’t adequately describe each or how Chapman might assist in litigation situations involving strata or property management.

The Solution

We decided to make a video introducing Joel and discussing some common problems and things most people don’t know about strata duties.   A few weeks after the pre-production stage, our video production crew visited Joel’s office in Sydney’s James Centre, a beautiful place with a great view, where we set up everything and filmed the screenplay we had prepared with the strategist to address the audience and enlighten them about the services properly.
